Our photo session didn’t start off how we had hoped. It was raining off and on all day but it was our only chance to photograph the whole family together, so we decided to make it an indoor shoot. Not ideal since I do mostly outdoor natural light sessions, but we made it work.


Then I noticed the sun shining through the living room window and I glanced outside to see that the rain had stopped. We rushed outside for a few and when we realized it was going to stay dry for a while longer we headed over to the park, where we originally planned to meet.



A lovely evening. Lovely fall colors. A wonderful family. 🙂

    I love the awesome colors this family wore. Beautiful. Everthing goes together really nice. 🙂 Looks like whistle stop park in byron center? Great place for pictures. Good job Kris!
