My dear friend Cherish asked me to take a few pictures of her sweet baby Katie this weekend. This first one was taken with a white sheet for the background and I took a tip from Rebecca Cooper’s blog and used paper from Heather Ann Designs Love Birds kit for the overlay. Turned out really cute!

I’ve been waiting in anticipation for Janna + Dan’s sweet little guy to be born so I could celebrate the wonderful addition to their family with some pictures! I photographed their engagement and wedding and I love that I get to keep in touch with my wedding couples and document their lives as they become a sweet little family.

Amidst my fall ’08 weddings, my dear friend (and often wedding assistant), Heidi, had her sweet baby boy, Grady, and I squeezed in a little time one morning to take a few pictures of him. He is such a cutie pie and much bigger now since these were taken last October when he was only a week old. Finally sharing them here. Enjoy!

Three generations!
Mom and I went to visit Amanda on Monday. Our families have been friends for years and I even photographed Amanda’s wedding a couple years ago. We just had to meet her new baby, Grayer. He is soooo cute with those big handsome eyes. He makes the sweetest little faces. I kept thinking I was finished and had enough shots and then he would do something or make some cute little facial expression that just made me have to keep shooting. Here are a few favorites:
